was found new in box, but box was falling apart and thrown away
appears never assembled...directions say once tiller handle is inserted its not removable
not assembled or tested, as found no guarantees
if its too cheap, quick, buy it now before someone else finds it...or if not, shoot me a respectable offer with the make offer button!...I'm fair, and have no idea the value of these but gotta start somewhere
