I bought this bag of 1000 1999D SBA dollars and have kept it safe for the last 17 years. Now I offer it for sale. The original US Mint shipping box has never been opened, the bag inside is still mint sewn.  Some collectors reported finding the 1999D SBA dollars had one side stamped as a quarter, because the new states quarters were being minted at the same time.
