For your consideration are 2 pre-owned Michigan State University Neck Strap Wallet ID Badge Holders.
Measures 9" x 5 3/4" wide.  Clear pocket measures about 4" wide x 2 3/4" tall.
I found no damage to these items.  Pictured is one item, but this sale includes TWO (2) holders.
These pieces were worn
for about five days at Michigan State University, for the Odyssey of the Mind World Competition, about 11 years ago.  (Which check out that group if you are looking for a great kid activity.)
