Description

Up for auction is a postcard notification of an error of omission in a catalog.  The error was related to copyright protection for Robert Leydenfrost's cover for the 1959-1960 catalog for Cat Animurals.  The notice is in the form of an old post office postcard postmarked 1960.  An interesting note about the postcard is that it give the 1959 prices for the prints of the magazine cover.  The postcard has a 3 cent rate printed on it.
