Excellent vintage condition. No visible defects. Intricate glass mosaics are set in gilt. Some of the gold finish has worn off on the back and here and there on the front. There's a fascinating history behind this jewelry and how it originated with Victorian and Edwardian era European tourism. Google it! These earrings were likely one of those souvenirs worn by a tourist visiting Italy so long ago.
