This is an example of a very well preserved cephalopod, Anthoceras vaginatum (Schlotheim, 1820). The sample was found at the Kunda stage in Middle Ordovician (Darriwillian) sediments in the Lasnamagi quarry near Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. No renovation required. Weight 1.6 kg.
