Vintage. Decent condition. Ribbon has some smsll discolored areas. Some scratches on back of bottom medal. Not sure what kind of metal,it's not magnetic. Seems to be a rare piece. Couldn't find any other examples. Some sort of commemorative medal. Marked on back. Great looking piece. Please look closely at the pictures for details and condition issues.
