The All-New
eSk8 or DIE:
Night Rider Kit W/Lights for Electric Skateboard / Longboard, *HARDCORE Edition Power Coated Black*
This kit is made to allow you to mount a Action camera (ex. Hero 4-7 weighing under 116g) or headlight to the front and rear taillight to the back of your skateboard, long board or eSk8 board. Compatible with all known bolt patterns. (Riser kit and Lights only)
These custom designed and built 3D Printed 7mm Risers give you just enough clearance to turn hard but stay away from wheel bite.
After testing 5, 7 and 10mm, it was a lot like the story of goldilocks and the 3 bears... One was too low and didn't help much with wheel bite and one was way too unstable and tall but helped... Then 7mm was born and it offered the best of both worlds. Good stability and good turning height.
Head light and tail light are both USB charged and water resistant.
*Updates for May 2021: I've found a way to make these resin based mounts stronger than ever! With a Texturized and Rubberized Exterior coating and higher UV Exposure. These mounts are more capable of lasting longer and taking on abuse of more than the stresses of being mounted to a standard e-board and smooth surfaces.
It costs more to make and takes a ton of work to post process, but the results are stunning!
Note: For Action Cameras and/or scenarios outside of smooth pavement, we recommend mounting everything to the top of the board to avoid debris or rocks causing damage to the camera and/or mount at high speeds. This product is not intended for off-road use.
Please do not overtighten any fasteners.
