Detailed Description
Adopted on 4 April 1990 by the Seventh National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China and implemented on 1 July 1997, the Basic Law is the constitutional document of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”). The Basic Law enshrines, in the form of law, the principles of “one country, two systems”, “Hong Kong people administering Hong Kong” and a high degree of autonomy, and prescribes the systems to be practised in the HKSAR. The year 2015 marks the 25th anniversary of the promulgation of the Basic Law. Hongkong Post issues a set of commemorative stamps to celebrate this important milestone.
The set comprises four stamps with illustrations showing different aspects of the HKSAR upon the implementation of the Basic Law as well as the close ties between the HKSAR and the motherland. Below are the sub-themes of the individual stamps:
.70 ─ In accordance with the Basic Law, the HKSAR Government and the Legislative Council are the executive authorities and the legislature of the HKSAR respectively. The stamp depicts the Chief Executive’s Office, the Central Government Offices and the Legislative Council Complex in Tamar. Judges of different ranks holding the Basic Law in their hands depict the independent judicial power, including that of final adjudication, enjoyed by the HKSAR under the Basic Law.
.90 ─ This stamp portrays the Shenzhen Bay Bridge connecting Shekou in Shenzhen and the Northwest New Territories of the HKSAR. This cross-boundary link has further enhanced exchanges between the Mainland and Hong Kong.
.70 ─ The Basic Law provides that apart from displaying the national flag and national emblem of the People’s Republic of China, the HKSAR may also use a regional flag and regional emblem. The stamp features the Monument in Commemoration of the Return of Hong Kong to China and the “Forever Blooming Bauhinia” sculpture in the Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai, gifts to the HKSAR Government from the Central Government to celebrate Hong Kong’s return to the motherland in 1997.
─ The Basic Law stipulates that the HKSAR is an inalienable part of the People’s Republic of China. The Spiral Lookout Tower in Tai Po, as illustrated on the stamp, was built to commemorate the return of the HKSAR to the motherland in 1997.
The Souvenir Sheet features a cartoon map of Hong Kong in the background, with the four stamps arranged in different parts of the map to illustrate that the Basic Law has laid a solid foundation for the stability and prosperity of the HKSAR with safeguards for each and every aspect.

I am trying to offer the lowest shipping fee if possible.  The item will be sent out via USPS standard mail (or first class mail) with no tracking number.  I will take a picture of the package as proof of delivery.  The shipping fee is listed as below -

Combined Shipping Discount

Important tips to save shipping fee -
If you are purchasing multiple stamps through "Buy it now" option, please make sure
all the items
are in the basket before any payment.  Please review the invoice carefully to ensure all the items are listed there so that eBay System can apply the combined shipping discount properly.
Otherwise, eBay / PayPal will charge the FULL shipping fee for each item and they withhold the transaction fee & commission based on FULL shipping payment.  There is no easy way to refund the difference unless we cancel all the transactions one by one.
