The item is a shelf pull. Shelf Pulls were previously available for sale in a retail environment but were never sold. The item is like new but the box may show some wear and tear. Shelf Pulls can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing. There are 3 lights,1 box unopened 1 box opened with original wrapping and paper work, and one box opened with just the light unused.  just missing paper work and install key. but you can use the key from the other lights
