    JOHN MOISANT in Bleriot Monoplane, one postmarked 1910, a pair of RPPC real photographic postcards, 2-Postcards, RPPC, John Moisant Flying Over New Orleans, an aviation historical event.
    Two Extremely Rare Photographs.
    On one RPPC postcard, the text reads: "John Moisant in Bleriot Monoplane flying over New Orleans speed 60 miles per hour. Machine directly over camera xmas day."
    On the other RPPC postcard the text reads: "Moisant flying over City Park".
    [ Aviation History, additional historical information: The airport in New Orleans was named after John Moisant, and only recently the name was changed to "Louis Armstrong Airport". The Blériot monoplane was of French manufacture in 1909. ]
