In 1942 the artist published his autobiography, “The Secret Life of Dalí,” in which he details his many exploits and rare ideologies.
Thanks to his prose—a highly detailed style that layered words the same way as paint—the book rose to international acclaim.
In tribute to the book and Dalí’s legend, Montegrappa created this fountain pen.
Featuring a resin body engraved with one of the many illustrations from the book.
Fittingly, the pen comes in multiple colors to express the varied tones Dalí used throughout his work.
