NEW Aero L-39 Albatross HUD Gun / Munitions Sight - 1989 - MINT Condition

Description

Was working on my " L-39C Project " trying to get all the cash & parts together at one time - and I ended up in Prague - right near the AeroVodohody factory where the L-39's are made.  I had made 1 or 2
friends
there over the years of my project, so I stopped in to say HI and pick up some parts.
I knew that the L-39 HUD Gun sights  were impossible to find since they are part of the " ATF De-Milling " process and they make such great Office Trophies --- but I knew that I wanted one, nonetheless.  So I asked Charles, but no luck in the warehouse -- but he did manage to get one off the flight line of final test planes - that was knew - but had just been installed once or twice for test flights.  Literally brand new --- and it looks it.  It cost me 75% the costs of a new set of brakes - but i wanted it, and I wanted to take this one with me that day - just in case the opportunity never happened again -- so it cost me a lot.
