USHIO JCV 220/230V 150WM/FR bulb
. It is "New Old Stock" and was acquired by me in March 2020 from the inventory of
DynaLite
Dynamic Lighting as part of DynaLite's unfortunate bankruptcy liquidation. There was a quantity of these bulbs in Dynalite's storeroom in Union, New Jersey, which is where I got them. These have never been sold to a third party or end user.
