Very cool 1885 year old DANCE INVITATION.  At the Courthouse in Coldwater, KS.  I just looked up Coldwater and 1885 was it's year of becoming a city.  The post office opened 1 year earlier.  Very early Western related item.  It unfolds to a program for the evening and the back contains the names of the organizers.  Great great local piece for the right person.
4.5" x 3.5" closed.  Opens to 4.5" x 7". In good condition.
