    Description

It is marked Copyright 1909 in the upper left corner. It is marked Roiné-Weil in the upper right corner. At the top it reads:
Robert Fulton Centennial Celebration. At the bottom it reads: First Successful Steamboat MDCCCVII-MCMIX.
I believe this is made of copper and it looks like it has been cleaned. It is in an early frame with a green fabric background. It is bolted to the frame.
I unscrewed the nuts to photograph the back.
You can see the original bright green fabric underneath the plaque-see last photo.
Framed it is about 14 ¼ by 16 inches. The plaque is about 6 by 8 ¼ inches.
    Examine photos for condition.
