Topper is made with same technology used in almost pinball machines of this era, Vacuum   Formed plastic decored with decals.
DECALS ARE  LAZER PRINTED ATTACHED TO TRANSPARENT PLASTIC                                                  BACKGROUND.
Topper it`s NOT a simple flat plastic with decals.  It`s vacuum formed

T2 Red leds Eyes and  24 BACKGROUND Leds connected
to driver  board and are on all time when  pinball is  powered.
