Q: which power need this light connect to?
A: This light can only connect to AC/DC12V 50/60HZ.
AC 12V can make the light Synchronous. DC12V can’t Synchronous, DC12V only for single color.
Q: Does this light including the transformer please or and which kind of transformer should I use for this light?
A: This light not including the transformer, you need buy the transformer yourself. You need use an underwater light use transformer, can’t be electric transformer. The transformer need be AC/DC12V 50/60HZ output.
Q: How long cable the light with? And how can I get longer cable?
A: The light is with 4meters cable, if you need longer cable, the extra cable is around /meter. Because if longer cable the freight will also be higher. And you can pay the extra cable cost to our PayPal directly.
Q: How can I change the color of the light, do I need a remote controller?
A: The light is total with 16kinds of color changing mode. You can change the color mode by switch on/off. We also have the controller for this light, remote control or Wi-Fi control. If you need it contact us for more information.
Q: If I buy several lights does they can get synchronization?
A: To achieve synchronization, confirm all lamps are installed correctly on the same switch, after they are powered off for more than 20 seconds, switch on and switch off continuously three times, and then finally turn them on again.
Q: Does the light color changing mode include white color?
A: Yes. It include the white color mode. When Red Green Blue three color light together, you will get white color.
