Here up for sale is a Veny's brand Creature from the Black Lagoon aquarium ornament made in 2013, with display box.
This ornament has never been used, but the feet came loose from the ankles so were reglued in place. The glue will not stand up well to underwater use, so this figure is recommended for shelf use only.
Creature stands about 5.25" long, with an overall height of 6.25" including the plastic base.  Overall height including the display box is 7.5".  Two of the finger-claws on the right hand show some bend marks since either the manufacturer didn't allow enough clearance and provide enough restraint between the right hand and the front of the clear display canopy so it bumped around during shipment to the USA, or perhaps it is also due to a manufacturing defect as these claws are quite delicate.
The creature was originally designed to bend at the waist when the small length of air hose provided is attached to your airline and air source.  Then you would adjust the air pressure for best operation.  Since this one should be bought as a collectible for ornamental shelf use and not inside an aquarium, you'll want to somehow fix the waist joint to keep the creature in an upright condition, since he will tend to bend over at the waist without some sort of support, such as a loop of twine provided as well as the factory clear loop twist tie, or something else left to your own devising.
The plastic creature comes with an attractive base and underwater type plastic vegetation.  Also includes a cardboard display base and backer card.  Base shows some creasing, small tears, and wear on the bottom surface.  The clear plastic canopy box top shows some dent marks on the front and back areas from the way it was shipped, and some scratches on the top.  Overall appearance is quite nice.  Would make an attractive looking item for Creature collectors.
