Vintage Montefiore Pen

Description

Vintage Montefiore Pen. I think it is a roller ball pen, but you decide. It has some initials engraved in top portion  as seen in photos. Ink is dried up. Screws tightly and closes crisply. Not sure of material it is made of, but ebay  makes me put something in there,  so I  put celluloid,  which may not be correct. You decide. Please see photos AS part of description also.
