Vintage Wheelock Germany W.B. Gilmore Russell, Kansas New Carnegie Library souvenir creamer.  Stands 4 1/2" tall and base is 2 3/4".  Good condition.  No cracks or breaks.  Some of the handpainted gold trim is showing some wear.
