The zipper works but is a little stiff and could use a little working in. The bag has minor wear, some marks on the top where the brown leather area is but is in overall good condition.

This Bank book was used slightly and dates written inside indicate that its from the 1920's.  Also the person who wrote there name seems to have used an ink fountain pen to write it and i just wanted to point out how beautiful people's penmanship was from that time period. Lol.
The book only has the writing and bookkeeping on the initial pages,  the rest are blank and the piece itself is in excellent condition.
